Bob helps his clients both bring and defend against a myriad of claims, including lien foreclosure, bond enforcement, construction defect, delay, insurance recovery, fraudulent concealment, and payment claims. Bob’s transactional practice focuses on entity formation and maintenance, corporate compliance, CCB compliance, project negotiations, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and other business matters.

Bob is a native Northeast Portlander. When not litigating disputes or negotiating deals for clients, Bob enjoys cooking, snowboarding, playing tennis (badly), and supporting the Portland Rugby Football Club as a reluctantly retired player.
