  • For over 20 years, Cary has maintained a robust practice at Brownstein Rask representing small businesses and individuals with their transactional and dispute-resolution needs. His broad-ranging practice includes real estate, contracts, business litigation, landlord-tenant, personal injury, injunctions, creditors’ rights, domestic relations, and criminal defense, to name a few. Cary also represents numerous Unions and their affiliated Trust Funds in matters pertaining to enforcement of collective bargaining agreement rights.

    Cary “thinks outside the box” and believes that being available and responsive is central to the attorney-client relationship. In an age when remoteness is the norm, Cary goes the extra mile to make himself personally available to his clients and promptly respond to their questions and needs.   • Cary was born in Southwest Portland and attended West Hills Christian School and Wilson High School. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their two young daughters who have voracious appetites for all things softball and volleyball. Cary’s non-law passions include snow skiing, waterskiing, golf, lawyer softball league, and competitive motorcycle racing on tracks throughout Oregon, Washington, and California. When not in town, Cary and his family will often be found skiing and recreating in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, their home away from home.
