Emilee’s practice focuses on civil litigation primarily in the areas of construction defect, commercial litigation, and personal injury. She represents clients who have been financially or physically injured to resolve their injuries and legal claims effectively and efficiently.

Emilee has been practicing civil litigation in Oregon for more than ten years. She has successfully defended clients at jury trial, as well as through arbitration and mediation. Emilee has considerable civil litigation experience from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives and works to find creative solutions for her clients outside of litigation whenever possible.
In addition to her litigation practice, Emilee assists business clients with entity formation, planning, compliance, contract negotiations, and real estate sale and leasing agreements. Emilee also has experience advising clients regarding estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
