Greg has assisted clients in obtaining determination letters from the IRS and correcting mistakes in plan operation through the IRS and Department of Labor correction programs.  He has been involved in litigation related to benefits, including cases involving benefits, divorce orders, death benefit claims, division of trust assets, collection of delinquent contributions and bankruptcy issues.
