Lisa’s practice focuses on estate and business planning and real estate transactions. She has considerable experience drafting wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers-of-attorney and advises on federal and state estate tax issues and charitable planning.
Lisa also has significant experience advising clients and drafting documents related to the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate as well as leases and contract review and negotiation. Her practice also includes gift planning.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Lisa worked in the practice groups of estate planning, business, and real estate at other large Portland firms.
Lisa enjoys helping clients navigate through their legal issues and helping guide them to satisfactory results.
